This is where articles, grant information, and other resources which can be utilized by the self-employed or entrepreneurs are shared. The TOOL BOX will have links to a variety of information from web sites, grant applications or deadlines to interesting articles, books, or educational opportunities  and useful links the Exchange feels will help take your business to a new level.

The Exchange for Entrepreneurs is a group of like-minded area entrepreneurs who are currently self-employed or are taking steps to follow their business dreams down an entrepreneurial path. The group is growing, and there's always room for more. Curious? Regular Coffee & Conversations take place Friday mornings, 7:30, at Smokey Row or attend one of the events listed on the calendar. You're invited and welcome!

the EXCHANGE currently meets at Smokey Row on the west side of the square in downtown Oskaloosa, IA. However, EXCHANGE participants are interested in answering your questions, so feel free to submit your question or thoughts via the CONTACT FORM or call one of the members listed below.

CoWorking is a style of work that involves a shared working environment with independent activity. As a solution to isolation, many enjoy the sense of community provided by a coworking environment. Though working at Smokey Row is something we currently do, having a dedicated environment is a 'someday' wish not currently a primary focus.

There is no formal membership or dues structure for the EXCHANGE. Individuals with entrepreneurial aspirations are invited to any of the programs planned or Friday morning work sessions currently held at Smokey Row. Until such time a formal fee structure is finalized, you're invited! And membership means attending any of the events on the CALENDAR.
